What's the Process?
Step 1: Submit the request form. We need to know a little bit about what you're looking for and when you want it. Answer as many of the questions as you can, and it is completely fine if you're not sure of an answer. We'll find it together!
Step 2: Our team will review the request and contact you as soon as we can.
Step 3: Depending on the request type, we may need to set up a brief discovery meeting. This will help ensure we're all on the same page and headed in the right direction.
Step 4: Once we're all on the same page about your project's needs, we'll send you a statement of work document for you to sign outlining the work, as we understand it, due dates, and deliverables.
Step 5: Work begins and drafts are provided to you along the way for your approval. If changes need to be made, change requests can be submitted.
Step 6: Assets are delivered to you and the project is closed.
Step 7: We'll send you a brief survey asking you what your experience was like. We're always looking for ways to improve!
