Survey Approval
Student survey projects must be approved by the student’s supervising faculty or staff member prior to distribution. When prompted by Qualtrics, students should select their advisor or professor’s name from the list of faculty and staff users to request survey approval. If the name does not appear on the list, contact your college or division contact (listed below) for assistance.
