As of 09/2020, there are additional COVID Teaching Theater Policies. Help ensure we can provide the TXST experience our Bobcats want by adhering to the health guidelines in place. We each have a responsibility to do our part.

The Alkek and Centennial Hall Teaching Theaters may be reserved for special events, conferences, and guest speakers.

Please refer to the Teaching Theater Policies before reserving a room.

To request a reservation for the Alkek or Centennial Hall Teaching Theater  you will need to complete and submit a reservation request form. Your request will be confirmed within 3- 5 business days. Requests submitted in less than 3 business days cannot be guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: For information regarding the LBJ Student Center Teaching Theater, please contact LBJSC Reservations at 512-245-2264. We do not process reservation requests for the LBJ Student Center.
