IT Liaisons

What is an IT Liaison?
IT liaisons work with various areas on campus to serve as a point of contact for IT-related issues. They are your source for planning, issue remediation, and solutions partner for your IT needs. Liaisons connect central IT with the rest of campus to build stronger relationships and partnerships.
Responsibilities
IT liaisons:
- meet regularly with their appointed areas to better understand the area's IT needs
- serve as a single point of contact for IT-related needs
- assist with IT processes navigation
- help align IT services with unit/department strategic goals
- build relationships and foster collaboration between IT and campus
