Session Proposal Submission Form

Please use the below form to submit your session proposal for review. All sessions will include a Q&A portion and will be 45 minutes in length. We recommend 30 minutes for your presentation and allow 15 minutes for Q&A.

Proposals must be submitted by December 1, 2025.

Feel free to include student speakers in your presentation. They're welcome too!

Ex: Ph.D., M.A., JD, ED.D, etc.

Should my proposal be accepted, I understand that I will provide a copy of my presentation to be posted to the AI in Teaching and Learning Symposium website. *
I understand if my session proposal is accepted and a time is provided for my presentation, I will not be able to change the date/time of my presentation. *
Extreme circumstances may be considered. Class conflicts will not be considered.
I understand I will provide my own presentation handouts, should I use them. *
I understand presentations will be 45 minutes long, including time for Q&A. *
