What does Siteimprove track on my website?

Accessibility

Siteimprove provides a dashboard that tracks the accessibility of your website and provides an easy way for you to find and fix reported issues. Built-in help topics aid your understanding as you fix issues.

Link Checking

Siteimprove provides tools to find and fix broken links, and if the reported links are determined to be working, then the Siteimprove dashboard allows you to easily dismiss these false reports from your dashboard.

Spell Checking

Spell checking is a new website quality feature for TXST website editors. Siteimprove's dashboard allows you to find and fix spelling errors as well as add words to a dictionary so that false positives never appear in your report again.

Stale Pages

Stale content will be reported to website editors so you can update or remove information that may not be relevant to publish any longer.

Reading Level Tool

Siteimprove will allow website editors to set a desired reading level for their website. Your weekly scans will find and report content that may not be easy to read and understand.

Policy Topics

Siteimprove allows administrators to create custom rules that can help report on policy or legal issues affecting your site. These rules provide TXST flexibility to enforce brand guidelines and legal mandates across all monitored sites.

Digital certainty index

Siteimprove provides a score for each website that it monitors. Called the digital certainty index, this score helps you track website improvements over time.

Siteimprove dashboards

Our single sign-on implementation allows website editors to log into the Siteimprove dashboard to view their digital certainty index, reporting history, and current issues at any time. You do not need to wait for email notifications to get work done on your website.

Siteimprove support resources

Siteimprove includes a host of support resources for the accessibility and quality assurance modules included in our contract. These resources may help you resolve problems independently and are recommended as your first line of support.

Siteimprove Chatbot

Siteimprove's web application includes a well-trained chatbot integrated into your dashboards. It can help you find the resources you need.
